Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We ship to anywhere in the United States for FREE via first class mail. If you would like priority mail, please choose this option at check out and pay for priority mail. 

 

Packages usually ship within 24 hours. We do not ship on Sundays.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days from purchase date. We do ask that the item be unused and in the same condition it was received in (for example, unopened and still in original packaging). We also ask that you have proof of purchase such as an order number or credit card memo.

Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. By returning a purchased item to us, you are transferring ownership of that item to us. In the event we reject your requested refund, we have no obligation to return the item to you.

If your requested refund is approved, it will be processed as store credit in the form of an Hemp Mellow Gift Card. If you have requested an exchange, the exchange product will be shipped once the returned product is received and inspected.

Late or Missing Refunds

Ineligible Items

Super Sale, closeout/discontinued, and free gift with purchase items are not eligible for return or refund.

EXCHANGES

To inquire about an exchange please send us an email at wellness@anaviimarket.com with your name, order number, and reason for exchange.

Please note that free gifts with purchase are not eligible for exchange.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your approved return. Once the returned item is received and approved for refund, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
